This beautiful Grade 2 Listed building has taken quite some time to get through the Planning and LBC ( Listed Building Consent) process along with input from Conservation Office and English Heritage.

HPC Limited has been closely involved recommending the Project Team including the recommendation of the main contractor through the tender process and instruction of the main contractor including the relevant consultant and specialists required.

Phase 1 worked started in January 2025 which included the removing all the roof tiles, sourcing new replacement stone tiles, repairs to the chimney stacks, flues, new lead works, ridge tiles, windows repairs including some new windows, asbestos removal and the removal of all the old M&E pipes & wiring all of which have been completed.
Phase 2 works are underway which include the internal refurbishment, new mechanical & electrical fixes, new single-story extension, new staircases, Interior design co-ordination, new external drainage.
