Bryan Henderson joined Daylesford Estate as the Estate Manager in October 2007 after enjoying a successful career in the telecommunication sector where he managed large and complex corporate businesses as well as sales teams in various vertical markets.
For the past 11 years, Bryan’s primary responsibility has been ensuring that Daylesford Estate, Kingham is managed to the very highest of standards. This included the acquisition of a listed church and the running and maintenance of over 65 properties and business units.
Working closely with the owners and the management team at Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, Bryan project managed a large number of developments. This included starting a holiday cottage business, refurbishing The Wild Rabbit in Kingham and sourcing and refurbishing multiple properties.
The process of working with the owners, multiple consultants and builders have allowed him to understand, transform and deliver his customers’ plans. Bryan finds these experiences very rewarding and enjoys the challenge of delivering on his customers’ requirements.
