HPC Limited was asked to Project Manager this halfway through the original program we had to change the main contractor and introduce new team to drive this forward.
Work included construction of a 2 x story extension along with a rear extension which included full internal decoration, kitchen, boot/utility rooms and a new panelled dining room. This connected into a newly designed garden which required piling and new pathways and a completely new planting program.
The existing barn was renovated internally with new fireplace and timber flooring along with new external timber doors.
A new thatched indoor swimming pool was created within a newly create wildflower meadow which we incorporated a new grass tennis court.
