HPC Limited was recommended by Fleming Architects who had obtained planning approval to put together a team to build this new build Pool house which was within the curtilage of the Grade 2 listed house.
This new building included large Crittal doors opening onto the pool areas along with changing and shower rooms, and large kitchen. A key feature in the vaulted sitting room area is the large stone fireplace specially commissioned.
We replaced all the paving around the pool along with a new pool cover and updated all the lighting within the pool area and added an outside shower.
