This project includes a complete refurbishment of the main house including new Kitchen & dining room, lighting, flooring, and decoration which HPC Limited have been involved with from the early stages and oversaw the tender and instruction process.
In addition, we are converting and existing external barn into a bedroom connecting through a glazed link into a new single-story extension to create an additional bedroom, bathroom, and office.
The final part of this project is the conversion of an existing garage into a games room and boot room with shower and as part of this will be new electrical gates.
